Introduction: Hey Everyone! My name is Sean Street. I’m a Certified Fitness Professional and Transformation Specialist. Fitness was something I was always into from my early days as a child. I remember learning gymnastics with my cousin and training to be a so called “superhero”. Unfortunately all of the training didn’t help when I didn’t have a good diet. I slowly began to gain weight and before I knew it I had become overweight and unhappy. Being a teenager and overweight wasn’t fun. I felt ashamed to take off my shirt and didn’t want anyone to notice me. Before long I said enough was enough and I started researching. I learned about nutrition and actual training science. After I began applying it to myself I transformed my body and began helping others! My motto is always keep moving! It doesn’t matter whether it's a crawl, step or run. Keep moving and you will always succeed! The true power of humans is we have the ability to change ourselves. So let me help you in unlocking your true power. Working with people to achieve their fitness goals has always been a passion of mine! To grow with a person and see their hard work turn into results not only motivates them but myself as well. Watching a client get healthy and physically fit will always be the highlight of this work! They gain strength, endurance, a better mentality and a new kicking bod! (lol)

Back when I worked with Sean at the Edge, I gained some weight after moving back home from college (those home cooked meals though!!!!) and had a big trip planned to go to Thailand and was hoping to shed some weight by then. I started at 152 and my weight the day I left for Thailand was 135! As a female, Sean was always respectful and always asked me if it was ok if he touched me to show me how to do different techniques properly and that was a great plus! The workouts Sean gave me to work on on days we didn’t train together were DEFINITELY hard, but obviously all the hard work paid off!! We were always in communication, from scheduling to new workouts to working on certain stretches on areas that were sore. Definitely would train with him again if I have run out of shape again!!

He is an amazing trainer. He keeps me on point and focused. From day one every workout is about helping me get to where I want to be. He doesn’t let you give up!! If you want an amazing trainer by your side to help you get yourself where you want to be. I highly recommend him..

I’ve know Sean for a few years now, and I have to say the man knows his stuff. From one on one advice to his tips he puts online, One Punch has seriously helped me keep my motivation high. I think that’s one of the best parts, the level of enthusiasm. Whenever I start to lose motivation to get back out there, he gives just what I need to keep fighting. Highly recommend One Punch Athletics!

One thing I appreciate is the amount of communication between me and my trainer (Sean). Even though I live long distance away we do a lot of check ins to keep me on track with my goals. Along with that we keep progressing and checking up on my goal progress. I don't feel that he's judging me which allows me to be very honest about my struggles and my strengths. He also gives a lot of tips and adjusts the workout plan according to my needs and limitations while still getting a good work out.

Sean is very knowledgeable and caters the regimen and training according to each individuals capabilities and limitations. He is very patient with answering all my questions and showing the proper technique and form to each exercise. He is very encouraging and never fails to always check up on my progress and lets me know where I can improve, but also never too pushy and gives us ample time to make those changes.
