- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hr for my time (i.e. - pulling items, styling with client, Closet Purge, Closet Organization, etc). + travel time for areas outside of LA County.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complimentary phone or in person (if close proximity to West Hollywood) consultation to assess their needs. Closet Purge if needed and/or Personal Shopping & Styling. This can be done in one of the following scenarios: On-site styling at the location of the clients choice, be it their home, office or hotel. For the client that prefers a VIP in-store experience, I will go to stores ahead of time and 'pull' items for client and have them meet me their. And for clients that are located too far from me, I have developed my Virtual Styling Session hand-selecting items and have them delivered directly to the client which is then supported by FaceTime or Skype calls. I am also then available to do Closet Organization and/or Closet Design.
