- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually I prefer to go to the place and give an accurate estimate. I would be happy to drive and spend few minutes to find out my customer's needs and provide the correct estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to offer a deep clean at the first visit (it may cost a little bit more) but I can accurately charge my customer for maintenance only, weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We had worked with homeowners, rentals, mortgage companies, etc.
