- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Since every house is a different size and condition, I have an average between $90 to $ 120. for 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, standard cleaning which include dusting, scrubs bathrooms, sweep, vacuum and mop floor. depending on the conditions. We have our special 10% off on your first cleaning and if you continue with our services after your fifth cleaning you'll get 1 hour free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A typical process of working with a new customer consists of: getting the customer's address, discussing over the phone when I could go and evaluate the space I will be cleaning, and going to the customer's home. Once I am at the costumer's home, I give a free estimate. This allows me to see the work that needs to be done, see the space I will be working with, and discuss the price. I will also ask questions such as: Is it a one-time service or continual service? What specific areas do you want cleaned- routine cleaning or deep cleaning? By doing this I will be able to give a fair price and be able to meet the expectations he/she desires once my work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?It was a life-skill I have developed that lead to 5 years of employment in this field. And now, I am excited to have the opportunity to be able to run my own buisness.
