- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-A residential service call charge is $79 to come to your home and diagnose the problem. Once the issue is found we will quote you the cost to repair the issue and you decide whether you want to proceed. -If you are interested in a new furnace/AC installation we will come to your home to review your current system and go over the options for replacement. Options will be quoted in a timely manner with financing options available if desired. If your system qualifies for energy rebates we will fill out the paperwork and submit them to your utility provider. For all commercial service and installation, please contact us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-For service customers we will discuss the issue you are having over the phone, via email or text. Dispatch a technician to your house within the time window we discuss where they will diagnose the issue and give you a quoted price to fix the issue. -For customers interested in replacing their existing air conditioning / furnace / geothermal or other HVAC system we will set up a consultation at your home to review your current system and discuss the options for replacement. A quote with multiple system options (if desired) is provided in a timely manner with financing available. If you decide to proceed, a date for installation is scheduled. After the installation is complete, we will walk through the operation of the system with you.
