We are having trouble with our contractor and every time we had a meeting with them, my wife (who is Japanese and can lspeak and understand limited English) had a hard time making her point, or understanding their point. Plus we hired a Lawyer and things got more complicated for her, then Akiko started to translate for her and things started to turn around for us. We could not have gone as far (to the positive) as we did with out her exact translation abilities. She also made some very important points that we didn't think about covering.
We appreciate her work, and we definetly would hire her if we ever need her services again.
