- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each process is a little different. Each person has their own uniqueness, their own unique story so all process vary and are tailored to the individual. But we start with a free 30 minute phone conversation to see if we're a good fit for each other. After that, we set up a day and time for our first 60 minute session and we'll go into more depth of what it is you wish to accomplish and we come up with a new plan to get you there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been coaching professionally since the beginning of 2015 when I received my Certification from the Life Coach Institute of Orange County, but I feel like I've been prepping for this role my whole life. I've always been a student of self help. Always searching for life's answers and trying to figure out my life's purpose by understanding who I am. I always did and still do, look for new techniques, new courses, new ideas that will help me grow and help me in my teachings. In other words, my education and training is on going and never stops because my goal for myself is to be the best coach I can be to serve people like you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be truthful with yourself. Are you really ready to commit to making lasting changes in your life? As professionals we can't make you do anything you don't want to do. It's really up to you to make the changes, we're just here to support you along the way and it all starts with just a thought. If you believe it, you can achieve it.
