- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pool service rates are very competitive, and are based on things such as pool size, whether there is a screen enclosure over the pool area, whether there is a spa, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Blue Reef Pools, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We will fully explain all our service levels and packages, and find the best fit for each customer. We will spend the time to ask and learn what is most important and tailor our services to meet the customer's pool needs. Our objective is to provide a service level which creates "peace of mind" for your entire pool system, and let's you enjoy your pool with no worries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are certified through the National Swimming Pool Foundation and classified as CPOs, or Certified Pool Operators. They also all have years of pool cleaning experience in addition to this certification. Our techs will arrive each week with all the necessary pool cleaning equipment, including Hammerhead pool vacuum systems, and all the proper chemicals to fully clean your pool, service the equipment, and balance your pool water.
