FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work alone and drive my old paid off truck to help keep my cost down for everyone.I dont feel I need a new truck every year to do a good roof repair for my customers.I have an average repair time of 0-2 weeks. I give a 1 year repair warranty unless other wise specified which gives mother nature time to rain and rain hard enough many times to show you the leak was stopped. In the unfortunate case where a new leak starts near the repaired area I will take photos to show where any water is penetrating and give my best price possible to fix that area as well. The 1 year warranty covers repaired areas only and does not apply to damages caused from hurricaines, tornadoes lightning or any other damages caused by mother nature or Roof cleaning companies. If you do hire someone to clean your roof that isn't knowledgeable on how to walk on roof tiles without breaking them, know that they can damage the underlayment that keeps water from penetrating your roof. Its a good Idea to make sure you hire a reputable roof cleaning company that will reimburse you for any damages they may cause.I value every customer and ask that you understand I do work alone usually 7 days a week.If I dont respond to you fast enough I ask that you please call me in the evening between 8pm and 10pm im usually at my desk able to take a call as im writing up estimates.
