- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a $400 truck placement minimum. As a catering host this includes 100 items served in a 2 hour minimum. As an event host, when your guests are expected to make their own purchases, the host guarantees the $400. After the the guarantee has been met in gross sales, the host has no further financial obligation. When $500 in gross sales have been met, Feel Good Foods will donate/tithe 10% of the final gross. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A simple but informative phone conversation to review needs. A site visit to make sure we can accommodate. Then a confirmation deposit to secure date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a general manager in the private country club business and also served as the catering manager for the University of Akron.
