- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have set prices for basic day of coordination hours. 6 or 10 hours of coverage. But I like to find out exactly what you're looking for so I can be flexible with my prices. You might want to add on "set up" and take away "tear down". Or pay for set up and tear down but no day of coordination. I work with you to find out what's best for your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a meet and greet so we can get to know each other. Ask questions and you can tell me more about your wedding and what's important to you. We of course go over more details but typically the next visit would be at the venue so we can start the planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of in the field experience and online training for certification.
