Introduction: I love creating a style that's exclusive to you. I want you to be the trendsetter on Pinterest and make your guests say wow at every detail throughout your event. I love being able to be creative, and think outside the box for each customer. I've had customers from "Country Vintage Charm", "Hunter Meets Vintage Glam" to "Urban City Chic" and I've loved it all from picking the venue, to setting up the dessert Bar. I don't have a set style, I look at my client and figure out what's best for them.

Wow - what can I even begin to say about Joyeux Events. I'll preface this review that I was one of those brides that did not think a coordinator was important, I had already gotten a lot of things accomplished and we had plenty of friends and family to help right. WRONG! Under the suggestion of my mom, we hired Jessica and her husband Robert to be our wedding coordinators. It took about 2 minutes on the phone with her to realize I absolutely needed her on my big day and about another 3 minutes to see how much easier the last 5 months would have been on planning if I had her by my side helping. Jessica is creative and knows how to decorate, design and incorporate whatever theme you want into your event, for us, it was the most important event in our lives, our wedding. Jessica was helpful and volunteered to assist for things I did not even think to ask. She had connections to vendors that I did not know of, which at the last minute when things never go has planned she completely saved us on things. One of the best traits is she knows when to step in and help (like most brides, I was over involved and spread way too thin). Something else that is so important... is on the day of your wedding. You need someone that is not emotionally charged by the situation. Someone that can look at things for a logistical point of view, and personally I am glad I had Jessica in charge to handle the many personalities of my friends and family and help everyone get where they needed to go in an efficient order. Everyone might want to help clean up, but you need someone with a commanding presence to organize that (as well as a multitude of everything else going on)! Jessica was a complete dream to work with and I couldn't imagine my wedding day without her. Not only is she a complete professional and knows exactly what she is doing in her industry, Jessica is honest, hardworking and a wonderful person to be around. My friends and family loved working with her as well and were so appreciative of all the work that her and her husband did. I would use them again for any event we have and if you want your special event to be just as successful - I would urge you to use Joyeux Events!

Our 25th Anniversary party was the best ever. Every little detail brought the party to life. It was a Mexican theme. She had everyone put on either a mustache or a flower and when we entered we found AL our friends and family in the mood for a great time. There was a cantina with margaritas and plenty of food. Many handmade centerpieces especially made it feel so personal. The photo booth was a hit for all as we all wanted to show off our staches and flowers. It started on time and everything was taken care of afterward. Jessica does it all and she has a crew of talented helpers. I will definitely use her again. I have recommended her to others and been to their parties as well and they impress me more each time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have set prices for basic day of coordination hours. 6 or 10 hours of coverage. But I like to find out exactly what you're looking for so I can be flexible with my prices. You might want to add on "set up" and take away "tear down". Or pay for set up and tear down but no day of coordination. I work with you to find out what's best for your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a meet and greet so we can get to know each other. Ask questions and you can tell me more about your wedding and what's important to you. We of course go over more details but typically the next visit would be at the venue so we can start the planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of in the field experience and online training for certification.
