- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning a house on a schedule is cheaper than one time cleans. If I know a client wants repeat cleans, I will steeply discount the 1st clean. Interviews and a free quote is the best before agreeing to anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone has different situation. I will usually meet up with a potential cleint at their home. We can talk about what they want and I can give them a better price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine built her own cleaning buisness from the ground up. She and her husband moved from the area and I took over her business. She said I was the only one she trusted to take over her clients. ♡ That is how I got into residential cleaning.
