- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first find out what services and character the customer is interested in. Depending on the size of the event we may ask for a small deposit to hold the booking time and date. however, most small birthday parties are not asked for a deposit and we settle after the services have been rendered. After a booking has been confirmed we will always contact the customer by either text, email or phone to touch base and take any additional needed information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeffery Hansen has been working on his magic and balloon twisting skills for over 18 years. I am a member of the Utah Jesters Alley and has performed 100's of birthday parties as well as many community, corporate, church and school events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would first encourage the customer to do there homework. There are a lot of magicians who perform a lot of great and amazing routines but some magicians don't specialize in children's parties you may however want to consider a Magical Clown who works real well with family focused events. We not only offer the option of the family friendly clown but we also have a more traditional looking magician who is performed by the same entertainer.
