Introduction: We are a mobile scratch kitchen that sources local ingredients for our seasonal menus, and we focus on the cuisine of the South. I have more than 20 years of industry experience, primarily fine dining in some of Columbus' top restaurants. The knowledge gained gives me the ability to adjust and cater to whatever your needs will be. Menus can be created for your perfect experience. Being a chef/owner gives me the ability to work very closely with people to give them the best experiences they could dream of. Making people smile and laugh is what drives me to be a better person, let alone being a business owner and a chef. I love food and creating.
