I have known Loretta Dudgeon Maier for many years. We met when I was attending an event that she catered. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. I attended such events several times and Lori was the caterer. Later on I became a client of Lori's for my own family's parties - Birthday celebrations, Holiday events, and more recently, a Baby Shower.
Lori is personable and patient with a wealth of knowledge about food and working with people. She asks about my ideas and she may give me some other options that would work together with mine. We continue until I have a completed menu. The process is done easily. I love working with her because her ideas are usually just right. She also knows what items we will need to rent; such as tables, chairs, table linens, heaters or anything needed to enhance the party atmosphere or comfort.
I have always been satisfied with the outcome of our discussions because Lori knows the business and how to work with people. I highly recommend Loretta Dudgeon Maier.

I have enjoyed both a professional and personal relationship with Ms. Dudgeon-Maier for over 25 years. I contracted her consulting and managing services in food services industry during my tenure as an executive with the Chevron Corporation; and subsequently her catering and event planning expertise on numerous occasions for business, community and professional events.
As an accomplished chef and professional, she produced innovative and novel catering themes, with superb food offerings and menus, valued priced for her customers.
