- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company goes based off of the cubic feet the customer is looking to move, my customers always have a choice to choose from. We provide a moving coordinator for our customers just for this specific reason. Hourly- customer will pay by the hour , (theses are most common!) customers will provide a inventory list based on this list we estimate the time will take from start to finish. (THE MORE PREPARED YOU ARE THE FASTER IT WILL GO THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL SAVE). Binding Estimate- this estimate is predicated on inventory, it is most important to make sure any inventory changes so your coordinator can provide a new accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and Foremost, identifying the customer expectation for their move! , providing an estimate based upon gathered information from the new customer, as well as providing a moving coordinator to help with any questions or concerns Before Moving day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Fortunate to have 6 years of packing , moving and storage experience, through out theses years I have obtained packing information that save my customers money before and during move day!. I have physically done the labor intense job on move day. this is such an important part, to be able to give a customer a accurate estimate for move day, a true break down of all events that will take place, meeting the customers expectations , and guaranteeing a smile as a end result!
