This was the cleanest the apartment has been, EVER!!! They did such an excellent job. It was so clean and neat that I have been able to maintain a cleaner home. Superior cleaning company!!

I called JM facilities because my tenant moved out and I needed a deep clean in the apartment. I was so amazed when they were done at how clean and fresh the apartment was. I had never seen it that clean. They cleaned every corner of the apartment. It was spotless!! I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Joanna was easy to reach and very responsive leading up to cleaning day. Her and her team were on time, pleasant, and thorough in their work. They cleaned things I did not even think to clean and were often on their hands and knees reaching under furniture and fine tuning details.
My home feels brand new again, my stress level has dropped tremendously, and the peace of mind and ability to focus on my work is invaluable to me. I will definitely be doing maintenance services not only to upkeep the beauty and cleanliness of my home, but also as personal self care so that I can enjoy my home and life more.

Full move-in clean including carpets and windows. Joanna is excellent with communications and follow-up. Quick and efficient. Her staff are skilled and courteous. A few areas that needed extra attention where covered. The carpets really needed a second wash to get them thoroughly clean which she included in the original price regardless of the fact that they need to return again. I really appreciated the flexibility and accommodation regarding our move in date and our tight time constraints between closing escrow, getting access, and our shipment arriving with all our things. No rescheduling or hidden fees. Great service and reliable. I'll be using them again for bi-monthly cleaning.
