- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the services I am providing, square footage, supplies, time, and I like to look at the home or job-site before I give a solid bid. All homes/jobsites are different with different needs and circumstances. I custom clean to fit all needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, I initially speak with them on the phone about their needs. I then schedule a time to meet with them, look at their home/office, and give them a solid bid (unless it's a move-in cleaning). Once I give them a bid and I am hired, we schedule a date to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning most of my life. I have run a home daycare, worked in the medical and dental fields so I am very well trained on cleaning homes and facilities. I pay very close attention to detail and love working with and meeting new people. I have been residential/commercial cleaning for 3+ years and have learned SO much through the process!
