- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. It's difficult to have a "pricing system" in this industry. However, I make every attempt possible to ensure that you get every bang for your buck possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first meeting is typically less than an hour. This allows us to get to know each other and for me to gather some information. Many times, to gather additional information, a second meeting is necessary. I then generate multiple proposals that may or may not include financial products offered through me. This allows the client to choose from a variety of options.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a natural transition from active duty military for me. Friends and colleagues had leaned on my for years in this area because I've always had a knack for it due to the way I was raised. After some formal training and school it was a natural fit for me.
