- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use current pricing for contractors and insurance companies, I have created a specific price list for jobs which do not fall into an exact category or function. I will share my price lists with my customers for all long term contracts and we do not change our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I manage small and large insurance claims from start to finish with every customer, Many of my customers have benefited by my insurance background. I perform a completed inspection of the property and do not use the insurance company estimate i review my report with the customer and allow them to compare. One of my recent customers had 3 windows replaced due to damage i found after insurance company had left and did not pay for them. I will do all or some of the claim and allow customers to perform jobs that the choose to perform,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified by several inspection agencies relating to Hurricane, Fire, Wind, Hail, and Flood damage, I currently have my OSHA safety certificate. Haag Roofing Inspection certificate along with training in all types of insurance estimating software. I also am a certified WRT Water damage Restoration Technician 2012. Along with other training classes which were job specific or Storm Specific.
