- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SUPER LOW PRICING! I have just started out on Thumbtack with my home services, so you get the benefit of astonishingly low prices in trade for your honest review afterward. Once you lock in these prices they are yours to keep! Your rate will NEVER** change, even when my prices do. **your review must be written prior to any price change for the price to stick once the change is made. ** any reoccurring services canceled more than 6 months will be subject to the new price, once changed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial meeting happens in the client's home, we go over services, specific requests, pricing, payment methods, and key registration. One key is required to be handed over at the interview.
