- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most service is covered by a service call which includes one hour of labor. Any labor accrued after the initial service call will be calculated one the quarter hour. If you have neighbors that have service scheduled for the same day then a multi home discount will apply. This will vary as to how many homes participate. If a backflow device requires rebuilding, then there will be a $20 rebuild fee plus the price of parts and applicable tax applied to the invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first of all we will need to discuss the type of service that is needed and gain information as to anything that the customer has concerns about that has been giving an issue with. We can discuss an approximate cost to repair. I always want the customer to feel that they can ask questions about what caused their issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed training and tested for Master Irrigation License and have completed training and tested for Backflow Certification. Am required by the county to have 12 hours of continued education every 2 years in order to renew my license.
