I hired The Bug Ninja about 3 weeks ago or more, but due to personal issues, and sick kids I have had to reschedule more than once. Bug Ninja was more than understanding, supportive of my challenges, and kept in touch with me until I was ready for their services. I m confident that I will be more than happy with their relief to my bug problem. They negotiated a more than fair price, and have guaranteed me that if my problem persists , they will return until the problem is completely gone. In the past year I spent over $1800 with a different company, and basically the bug ninja is coming to eliminate my problem that this company could not, and did not honor their 60 day return promise if the problem still persisted. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Talked me through everything that would take place while getting rid of the wasp in my house. Truly educated me on wasp and surrounding bugs to keep an eye out for. But put my family and I at ease because we haven’t seen a wasp since.
