FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system in place. It usually consists of How much time the client is giving me + Hours it will take + How big the project is (Type of project).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin each client the same way. Once I find someone I want to work with, I research the company. How old they are, what they do? When I search their name- What else comes up? Figure out their competition. Once I am on their website and I learn enough about them I look to see if the site needs changes made to it, then I will contact the person in charge and offer my services. I let them know all my information and background so they see that I am more than qualified. Once I am offered the position I send them a contract via email. (I can do snail mail if they prefer) This is usually done within the first 24 hours. My proposal will include, the quote, proposed projection plan, review all current marketing materials and annual reports, define the USP for their company. When my proposal is accepted and everything is ready I will give them a date of completion and along the way I send them updates on how the project is coming along. I keep them completely informed with consistent follow-ups.
