If you are looking for a top-notch meal in the Downtown Willoughby area, SOL is definitely worth checking out. The food is spectacular, service is excellent, and their friendly staff always greet you with a smile. Love this place and highly recommend it!Nov 29, 2017
I have had 2 events now at Sol and I don't know if I could fully articulate how wonderful both experiences we're. David, and his staff, are nothing but extremely accommodating! Also, the responsiveness from David was superb. I live out of state and it can be nerve wracking planning an event while far away but David's correspondence was always in a tjmely fashion and I knew by the time my event was here everything would be perfect, and it was. Also, he allowed a friend and I to come in early to set up for the bridal shower I was throwing for my sister. The food there also is so delicious! I would gladly have another event there and also choose to have dinner or brunch there anytime I am in town. I truly can not say thank you enough. Sol has never disappointed!Mar 15, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are fair and deliver a quality product - food made fresh from our kitchen daily. We don't offer a cookie cutter pricing model and work with our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We invite them to sit down and provide a description of what their vision is. We discuss pricing, potential food and schedule tastings if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in business management, my wife is a foodie and marketer and we hired an impressive group of chefs to bring our vision to fruition.
