- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personalized catering packages based upon number of projected guests and menu items allows for diversity of options. Generally, there is a $250 set up/clean up cost; and then the per cup cost is based upon final menu. I base my cup cost off of 10 oz hot and 12 oz cold drink menu when most other espresso bar caterers use an 8 oz cup. Travel costs may be added.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started Java Puppy Mobile Espresso Truck in 2012; and have since moved my personalized services indoors to meet the needs of customers seeking to create a unique experience at their party, wedding, meeting, or open house. I am certified ServeSafe Manager.
