- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an email and/or phone conversation to acquire all the pertinent information related to the event. Then, when applicable, I travel to the client/venue to discuss the specifics of the event. I then draw up proposals, contracts, etc. and get started on creating a memorable event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of life experience in the restaurant and catering industry. I have worked large weddings as well as very small, intimate gathering in clients' homes. A lot of my recent work has been in Corporate Catering, selling lunch or dinner parties to local firms where we deliver and set up the food.
