What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No one ever has the same exact type of work that needs to be done. Prices are negotiated between the client and the Owner of NHC&O at the time of the Free Home Visit Consultation (HVC).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning my whole life. When I was young my grandmother used to make us all get up saturday morning and clean. I became very good at it over time. It's like they say "practice makes perfect."
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cleaning and organizing things my whole life. My grandmother was a stickler on having and maintaining a clean household. As I grew up I was always told I did a great job. It was said I made a place look brand new again. So here I am.
