This was scheduled as a “deep cleaning” job. Some rooms were thoroughly cleaned whereas others were “hit & miss”. Owner told me “I expected too much” but she was the one who came to house & gave me the estimate. We became exterminators while cleaning your massive home for one. You made it seem like nothing was cleaned at all when i spoke with you. You stopped me from using my cleaning products that I know work to do it your way. No Problem of course. When your way did not do the job, you then say oh you could have done it your way. Then you want to pay $150 for a monthly standard cleaning in a 4bedroom, 4bathroom, 3 living rooms, 1 dinning rooom, a massive kitchen with a breakfast nook area the size of a dinning room, and 2 foyers the size of a bedroom. I do wish things were different, but like I said to you" You were expecting too much for too little." I do hope you find the help you need. Thank you for the opportunity. God Bless

Diane+New Home Cleaning and Organizing= MIRACLE! I've moved one/ year for the last 12 years and never quite settle in, which meants lots of bins and a lot of misplaced things. I've gotten used to the struggle and functioned through it. I've rented a room for 1.5 years now, and think I will stay for a while, but I could no longer function in the mess! Thumbtack is my go to for everything! Diane was the first to contact me and within one day, she did an in person assessment. She said "easy peasy" and was hired on the spot to start 2 days later. I could tell over the phone and in person that she is trust worthy and actually loves what she does. I couldn't stop hugging her! I left her in my living space all day to work a miracle, and she did just that! Everything has a spot! She told me I might have a hard time finding things, which I did for a minute, but things just are where they should've been from the start. She is a wonderful person and her work is amazing! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No one ever has the same exact type of work that needs to be done. Prices are negotiated between the client and the Owner of NHC&O at the time of the Free Home Visit Consultation (HVC).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been cleaning my whole life. When I was young my grandmother used to make us all get up saturday morning and clean. I became very good at it over time. It's like they say "practice makes perfect."
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been cleaning and organizing things my whole life. My grandmother was a stickler on having and maintaining a clean household. As I grew up I was always told I did a great job. It was said I made a place look brand new again. So here I am.
