- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer has different needs and each plan is customized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I need to understand a client's immediate needs and long-term goals. Next, I need to understand their business model and their market. Once that is established with a phone call, I can work on a detailed plan that will help them in the short-term and set them up for future success. Finally, after the plan is approved, I work on executing the plan with proven results.
