- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based upon your particular scope of work, the level of complexity of your project and other considerations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work both via Zoom video meetings and in person, depending on your location. My clients are from all over the world, and video collaboration is every bit as effective. We will meet as often as your situation demands. Typically, we'll meet once per week and we'll be in touch via email in between. Our first session is a get acquainted conversation, and then I will lay out a schedule and project fee that fits the requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Raised by show biz parents, I studied acting at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, worked as a professional actor and director, and later formed a highly successful rock band. Subsequently, I earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Mass Communications and a master’s in business administration from Western International University. I have also earned the APR designation (Accredited Public Relations) from the Public Relations Society of America.
