- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all-inclusive package pricing. This means that the price you pay includes the hours your organizer(s) spends in your home as well as bonuses such as product recommendation, shopping for products, returning unused products, designing organization solutions, contacting other services providers (closet companies, handyman, etc.), coordinating trash disposal, hauling away donations, and even coordinating consignment or online sales methods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with a phone conversation to further discuss your needs and to ensure that we are a good fit for your project. We will then schedule a free 60-minute in-home consultation where we will tour your home, further discuss your project/questions, and book your in-home working sessions!
