Lindsey has consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. I initially hired her with the goal of getting a few key areas in our home under control - she did such an amazing job with those that I have added additional sessions and areas and she continues to WOW us. She has been able to get me organized with methods that are easily maintained, but also able to find options that work within whatever budget I want for a given area. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all-inclusive package pricing. This means that the price you pay includes the hours your organizer(s) spends in your home as well as bonuses such as product recommendation, shopping for products, returning unused products, designing organization solutions, contacting other services providers (closet companies, handyman, etc.), coordinating trash disposal, hauling away donations, and even coordinating consignment or online sales methods.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with a phone conversation to further discuss your needs and to ensure that we are a good fit for your project. We will then schedule a free 60-minute in-home consultation where we will tour your home, further discuss your project/questions, and book your in-home working sessions!
