FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing. There are many factors that drive the quote process. For example, setting up a studio for indoor studio work takes more time than environmental settings. If someone requested a fair rate that would be 500.00 per half day and 1000.00 for a full eight hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation to make sure I understand their needs and expectations. It is important for both parties to understand this. It would not be fair to my client to proceed without an understanding of their needs and requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 24 years in video and lighting before I started my photography business. I am a member of Professional Photographers of America and Nikon Professional Services. I have had formal training in lighting and photography.
