- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive and affordable. We do not charge additional fees for pets. As a professional cleaning service, our price takes into consideration time, supplies needed, insurances and other additional overhead costs needed to run a professional business smoothly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial contact with a potential client, we schedule an in home cleaning diagnosis. Next, we compile an estimate based on your needs. Then once we’ve met an agreement on the services and the amount of your services, we schedule your initial cleaning. After all of this it’s smooth sailing. If you’ve chosen weekly, biweekly or monthly recurring service, we will set you up with your additional service dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years of hands on cleaning experience in both residential and commercial cleaning. I am licensed and registered with the state of NC. We carry both liability insurance and workers’ comp.
