- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a one shop pricing. We don't nickle and dime our customers. All packages come with a qualified attendant to make sure everything goes smoothly. Pricing is base on hours, type of photo delivery, album chosen and distance if over 50 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact all customers and find out when their event date. What they are looking for and their expectations. We provide planning and suggestions to our clients that will make their event a success not only to them , but to their family and friends. We capture the unforgettable moments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked with high end computer and photography equipment for over 20 years.
