- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can discuss pricing during our initial phone call. We need to discover how we can help which in turn will help develop and scope and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we setup an initial discovery phone call where we talk about where you are now, where you want to be, and how we can align our services to get there. Normally we'll complete the call with a research stage and we'll follow up with you on our proposed solution. If the solution aligns with your vision, we can then develop a scope and pricing. Lastly we sign mutual contracts, obtain a retainer, and schedule the work out with deliverable ETA's and follow up conversations. We stay 100% transparent throughout the whole process and use project management tools, the cloud, and other resources to keep you in the loop. We are also always a phone call, email or text away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience is in design and marketing. We offer training within the Center for Design Innovation, in partnership with Wix.com, in web design and marketing strategies. The community and entrepreneurial ecosystem at the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter in Winston-Salem, NC attend our events to learn, expand, connect, and grow.
