Introduction: I wrk mainly with female clients between the ages of 30-59 with health issues such as weight gain, getting better sleep, creating more energy, and ways to make life life a little easier and happier despite the hormonal changes they are having in their oldies. ive always enjoyed working with people in general, but working in holistic health to help women with hormone issues just seemed natural to me, because I've been through the same thing myself, and I can really tell my clients what to expect and give them the advice I'd want to get.
