He is really great, used him many times and does a professional job. However, the asking for a TIP thing really put me off. He is a high level owner/manager of the company and I don't tip owners or managers. Felt pressured to give a tip. Never did before or handed the guys cash. Weird. Would use again probably if and when I have carpet.
