- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We traditionally work through a retainer system and on an hourly basis. What's a retainer? A retainer is simply a deposit which essentially acts like a secured credit card which we log our hours against. On very clearly defined projects we can help develop fixed pricing for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The foundation of a great design process is asking the right questions, which will often illuminate the right solutions. Our typical process starts with a phone, web meeting, or in-person conversation for us to clearly understand your needs. We begin by asking key questions and what exactly you will need, and set expectations. Based on our conversation, we would then provide a full proposal that lays out in detail deliverables, pricing and turn-around time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a new branch of High Impact Entertainment, which has been around since 2014 in the Wedding and Events business. Some of our online portfolio shows some designs we've come up with for their events and other clients who needed design work done. We're now expanding on that foundation! We have experience designing graphics, flyers, personal and business branding for over 8 years as well as website development (coding) experience, primarily using Wordpress as the main platform.
