I am an independent house cleaner. I started back in 2014 as a way to make extra money, and it has now kept me very busy! I am also in school for business. I love what I do, and how much it helps my clients.
Large cleaning companies tend to operate as a pit crew: multiple people in your house, not always the same people each time, and very rushed overall. I am quick, but efficient. I’m also the only person you would see coming to your home. I build relationships with my clients, which helps me better understand their needs.
All recurring cleaning gets an initial deep clean. After that, I maintain the cleanliness of the home. I provide my own equipment and supplies (no harsh chemicals, and I use a Dyson vacuum - works wonders for homes with pets and/or lots of dust issues). Everything is cleaned top to bottom, every time. I am fairly new to thumbtack, therefore many of my reviews are from past clientele that I’ve obtained through other social media as well as word of mouth. I am happy to give references for you to contact as well.

Many items were not moved. It was not, by any means, a "deep" clean. No dusting either. Just overall felt over-priced for the quality.

I spent a little over 4 hours in this home. Many things were moved however there are things I do not move, such as large furniture, or items I do not feel comfortable moving. All the baseboards were cleaned, the bathrooms and kitchen were both deep cleaned, I cleaned many marks off the walls and dirt off handrails/doors/light switches. Also everything was dusted from flat surfaces to the blinds, cob webs in corners of the room, etc. I’m always happy to address any issues a client may have either at the time of service or after the service is performed. I was not directly contacted about any specific problem so I do apologize that I was not able to address the issue promptly.

Alexis was quick to respond when I contacted her and I found her pricing to be very reasonable. During the three or four months she cleaned for my parents, she was very receptive to feedback from me and my parents enjoyed her presence very much. She was always pleasant and very accommodating.
