Introduction: Camp Gladiator is the leader in group fitness with award-winning outdoor fitness camps lead by the top and most experienced trainers. All fitness levels are welcome, and the program allows campers to go at their own pace. No two workouts will be the same, and campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more! Most of the drills are timed to allow all fitness levels to get the best workout possible.
