- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our firm charges no fees or costs unless you win. Also, because we are a modern firm we charge considerably less than the industry standard for paper, faxes, scans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am able to meet at a place convenient for them or we can have a free consultation at our office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in both large and small PI firms over the past 8 years. Focusing only on the plaintiffs and never representing the insurance companies.
