- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our work is customized to our customers wants and needs. We look at each project and price work according to the client's budget. A one size fits all approach does not work well as there are hundreds of materials at all price points. We calculate the time required to prep the work area, protect surrounding areas, perform quality work using skilled tradesman, clean up and leave the work area as we found it. No work is ever performed unless the customer and our team have a full and complete understanding of the scope of work and what is expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment for us to come to your home, look at the work you are interested in having completed. We discuss budget, time frame and we really listen to determine what items are important to the client so that we can deliver the end product exactly as the customer envisioned it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for over 35 years. I am a Licensed Certified General Contractor, Certified Mechanical Contractor and Certified Air Conditioning Contractor in the State of Florida. I keep current with code requirements by completing 14 hours of continuing education every two years. I subscribe to and read many trade publications each month enabling me to learn of new technologies and products available. I attend the annual construction material conventions to demonstrate new tools, products and trends.
