I've been looking to build my own computer for a while now, but the experience always overwhelmed me. Scott made the process easy and enjoyable. He simplified all the technical language into something understandable, provided recommendations for how to balance function with budget, and walked me through exactly what I would need. He's incredibly knowledgeable and helped me avoid common pitfalls and sales traps. It's obvious that he's a born tinkerer, and is passionate about solving the puzzles that seem to surround anything computer related. For something that can very quickly become stressful, Scott made it seem almost like a fun game. I would recommend Scott in a heart beat to anyone who needs any technical guidance or servicing.

Scott was professional, fun, and explained what the problem was in terms I could understand. I've used him for a variety of services from internet issues, computer malfunctions, as well as replacing iPhone screens. He also gave me helpful tips to try and solve reoccurring problems on my own. He pays attention to detail and does a thorough job in a timely manner. I would totally use him again and recommend him to a friend.

I would highly recommend working with Scott. He has a welcoming and relaxed, yet professional demeanor. Scott set me up with my computer and helped me troubleshoot wifi and router issues that had been causing problems for months. Very satisfied and would absolutely call him again for computer/tech help.
