- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet the new customer ( meet and greet) so I am able to go out and take a look at the place and be able to chat so we can discuss in detail what your expectations. This allows me to give the most reasonable quote as everyone’s homes vary.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If they have a set date and time. How often they would like someone to come out. What they would like done in detail (I,e dusting,floors, windows ect.)
