We cannot say enough amazing things about working with Peter! We had 90% of our flooring replaced with hardwood and LVP, and replaced our bannisters. Peter was so knowledgeable on all flooring types and made sure we picked out the very best quality. We bought the flooring and had his crew install them. Everything was done to absolute perfection and Peter made sure that we were 100% satisfied before we settled the balance. From the professionalism, workmanship, and amazing customer service, we whole heartedly recommend Peter!

Couldn't recommend Peter more - 5/5 stars. Highly communicative and consultative, it was clear that Peter wanted us to have exactly what we were looking for. Excuse the mess in the photos; took these kind of mid-flight as we were moving things out of the way / doing some other reno work. We replaced 2,500 sq ft of flooring, as well as our main foyer stairway. The downstairs was a mix of manufacturer grade, 2" thick, red oak strips and carpeting; the stairway and entire 2nd floor (except the bathrooms - which were faux tile / laminate) was carpeted. Peter's demo / installation team were timely, professional, friendly / easy to work with, and ultimately did a great job. The punch list at the end of the project was minimal which was a welcome change - usually, whole house projects end with a laundry list of problems and things that need fixing; this one didn't. The few items that we (my wife) hawk-eyed, were fixed without any pain or argument from Peter et al. Peter has a custom stain guy which really helped to seal the deal for us. If you're installing LVP, it can be difficult to find the matching components for various floor elements e.g. bullnose / stair-nose, quarter-round, transition strips, etc. The custom stained red oak is a perfect match to our LVP, and way stronger than what you'll get from LVP suppliers (if they even have matching options). Peter is kind of a one-stop shop for a lot of this stuff - we also used his stair runner connection to install complementary grey carpet runners on both of our stairways, as well as his painter who touched up all of our baseboards with fresh caulk and glossy white. If you want a Project Manager who takes pride in his work, listens to what you want, solves the problems you identify, and genuinely cares about your home and project, I would highly encourage you to contact PF.

I recently had my carpets replaced by Peter's Flooring. I came across his company on Thumbtack. Peter responded to my inquiry immediately and set up a home visit a few days later. Peter was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very informative and helpful with a no pressure sale style. He also came with several different samples to look at. Peter allowed us the time we needed to make our decision as we had contacted a few other contractors. He was quick to respond to any inquires we had prior to hiring him. He was VERY patient with us and allowed us room to make our decision. The installers were amazing! They were very punctual and hardworking. They explained what they were doing so we understood the install process. Their work was outstanding! Excellent installation, cleanup, and wrap up. EXTREMELY happy with our new carpets!

The whole experience was much better then I thought it would be. I had 6 separate areas replace consisting of hardwood, carpet, and ceramic tile. Ceramic tile demo was a particular challenge due to the method that it was installed. Took all day for the demo, but much to my surprise there was no damage to my kitchen cabinets. In addition to the flooring installation I had a set of stairs replaced and a custom set of stairs made. The flooring that was installed was called Newport Pine which has a range of colors that include light to dark browns and light to dark greys. The goal was to stain the oak stair pieces to match the pattern of the laminate flooring. I have no idea who does his custom staining, but he matched the flooring pattern/color almost exactly. No one that has seen the stairs can believe that someone hand stained these. The custom stairs that were made caused some headaches, but when the issues were shown to Peter he admitted to the issues and basically had is guys come back and redo the stairs at his cost. The standard that I hold a contractor to is if it not acceptable for their house why should I accept it in my house. Peter seems to live up to that standard.
