FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined on the size of your home or space, what type of cleaning is needed and time it takes to clean it. Regardless of the type of cleaning, you will receive solid, detailed service that is completed professionally. Your home is treated with respect and care as if it was our own. If you are in need of extra services, such as refrigerator cleaning and organization, oven cleaning, pantry cleaning and organization, carpet cleaning, let us know. We can take care of these services. Often it is less expensive than hiring a separate service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preparation is an important part of the cleaning. Be open and honest with your cleaner. Tell them exactly what your situation is, if there are trouble areas, if the house hasn’t been cleaned in a while, etc. It’s important to understand what needs to be done, what kind of products are needed and how long it will take to clean. If you want a good cleaning, be honest and fair to your cleaner. I have come into homes that hadn’t been cleaned in years. In one home, a top of the line stove took 3 hours to clean. While it is an accomplishment and definitely a transformation, it’s fair to let the cleaner know what they are needing to do and how they need to quote a job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning was instilled in me at a young age. I worked in the corporate environment as a director for a number of years in the hospitality industry, learned about sanitation and safety. I research cleaning techniques and products in order to provide great results.
