- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always do my best even if it takes me doing a little extra to stick with the price given but I always try to let them know if I see a possibility of it being worse then what the eye can see.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, set a meeting so we can access the situation and give a much more accurate price for whatever the project may be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This business is more of a hands-on type of profession and I have been working in the pool industry for 13+years and have been on my own for 4 years.
