Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The Red Leaf Company was created several years back by a Real Estate Investor and Contractor. Jordan gained valuable experience and knowledge from many years of owning real estate and being in a hands-on contracting environment. In addition to the knowledge already acquired, our employees continue to learn by having weekly informational classes to ensure the quality of our work. Many contractors cut-corners to pocket additional income, however, at The Red Leaf Company, integrity is our utmost praised value. You will never have to worry about whether you drew the short stick with our company! The Red Leaf Company has a passion for all aspects of real estate. We enjoy the process, which includes taking a distressed property, creating a plan for restoration and executing every detail to it's full potential. Knowing what you can do in these cases and making the change happen, is very satisfying!

Jordan and his team understood my request and I ended up with a beautiful retaining wall. Will definitely be calling in the future with other landscaping needs.

I had my living room and kitchen painted as well as some other alterations. I really liked the crown molding and baseboard work they completed in the living room. The colors of each room were both also perfect with the rest of the house. They were on time and efficient workers when I was able to see them.

I needed my driveway plowed in a hurry and Matt contacted me immediately. He came the very next day and not only plowed my driveway, but did a lot of shoveling for me as well. Matt did a great job and I have now hired him as my future plow contractor. He explained to me all the other services his company provides and because of all the upcoming projects I have, he will be my new one stop shop guy! He is a true professional as well as being honest and friendly, who's all about keeping his customers happy. I was so impressed with his work ethic and his courteous, conscientious businesslike manner. I found his prices to be very fair, which is always of great concern for me when hiring someone new to complete any type of service. He's a real go getter, who I believe will be very successful in his career. All I can say is his girlfriend is one lucky gal! :) Thank you so much Matt!!!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many considerations to contemplate during the hire process. One valuable piece of advice we can offer is through our own experience owning real estate and contracting work. That is, you should always compare apples to apples. It seems like a simple concept but it is often overlooked as price weighs down other factors. There are many ways to cut-corners on any type of job. We've seen it happen many times. However, when you cut a corner, you sacrifice quality which in turn sacrifices longevity. You will end up having to deal with the same job, bringing stress and costing more money, in the near future. Having the work done the right way, from the beginning, is always the best way. So when comparing contracts, look for how the work is being done, in detail, and always ask. Vague proposals leaves room for the contractor to be flexible on your job.
