- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Facelyft, we don't have a standard pricing system for our services because websites nowadays come in with so many different sizes, technologies, and complexities. We really try to analyze our clients' needs as much as possible to tailor a custom quote for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, first I get acquainted with their background and the problems they want solutions to. This helps me get a good understanding of what and how I can provide services to them. Then I exchange contracts with the new customer to ensure safety for the both of us. After signing, I begin working on the agreed services while giving friendly updates of how the project is going. Lastly, when the project is completed, I give the customer a great congratulations and when necessary, advice/tutorials on how to go on with their work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apart from schooling in web programming, I have taken a handful of professional web development courses online and watched a multitude of various tutorials. Our independent contractors also have this kind of training.
