FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a service fee of $75 per visit unless otherwise discussed. $65hrly rate for journeyman electrician and $25hr for apprentice electrician. Certain jobs have flat rates also but I may be willing to negotiate on prices especially if there are multiple units to be installed/repaired.(I.E. fans/light fixtures)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers is to first bid the work asked on a base rate and then if they're interested, get more details on the job usually by phone but also by walking the job with the customer. I like to be as informative as possible and also get as much information as possible to save the customers time & money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the I.E.C in 2018. The school teaches apprentice electricians a deeper and broader understanding of electricity and electrical applications in the commercial, industrial, & residential fields. It emphasizes the importance and teaches the National Electrical Code for safety for just about every electrical application and installation and is in place to provide well rounded and educated electricians into the construction workforce.
